Program design (analysis of implicit and explicit objectives, analysis of the discourses that support and communicate the program, adherence of the program to the NET Education umbrella, expansion/replicability capacity, convergent actions and projects, etc);
Program Planning and Operation (analysis of consistency of actions x objectives, efficiency, governance scheme, brand use and exposure, infrastructure, etc);
Program results (analysis of consistency of objectives x results, per capita values, evaluation processes, visibility, etc).
