The Platform

The "Nurturing in Schools Award" platform has a hotsite where users can consult both the highlighted activities and the Good Practices organized by group and theme, and make comments on each activity or news item.
The tender system allows teachers, cooks, school managers, education department technicians, and nutritionists to register in one of the 8 thematic groups in which the activities are organized (physical education, cooks, nutritionists, early childhood education, elementary school - 6,7 and 8 years old, elementary school - 9 and 10 years old, PSE monitors, SMASAN-EAN).

Challenge Track

Once in the group, each participant finds a trail of challenges with activities to develop with their students in order to participate. Each challenge is presented in texts, videos, and in-depth material that allows you to understand the importance of carrying out the activities with your students.
Once the challenges are understood, the participants make a complete record of the activities with enough data so that other participants can replicate the activities in their schools and an evaluation of their own practice considering positive and negative elements. The system makes it possible to publish texts, videos, and photos of each of the activities developed.
The system generates a score, in real time, consisting of the sum of the evaluation scores for each activity, and automatically computes the final evaluation, defining the award winners.

Development of the special challenge "Anthropometric measurements"

A system was developed for teachers to perform the BMI assessment of each of the students, to know the physical condition of the students. The teacher weighs the students, measures their height and neck circumference, adds their age and sex and the platform calculates the Body Mass Index, the BMI percentile and the result (very underweight, underweight, normal, overweight or obese. The platform creates the individual and class graphs.

Development of the special challenge "Eating Habits"

A platform has been developed for teachers to research their students' eating habits, what they eat, what they don't eat, and how much they eat. The platform allows registration of all students in the class and allows each student to fill out a questionnaire about eating habits. The platform creates the individual and class graphs.

Scalable Digital Onboarding

The integration of new employees has always been important: contributing to talent retention, alignment with the vision and values of the organization, and increased productivity.
Today, in a context of market heating and increased turnover, onboarding is considered a priority and strategic, as an indicator of how quickly the company can compose and replace its team in order not to affect the operation; or to gain scale, taking advantage of business opportunities.
Cognita designs, implements and makes Onboarding Programs operational, integrating both the institutional and technical dimensions in a digital, scalable and customized journey, with adaptive sequences that change the path of new employees according to the area of the company they are joining and the role they will play there.
