São Bernardo launches application to request services
The São Bernardo do Campo City Hall has the new digital system ZUP, which contributes to the improvement of internal process management, giving more efficiency and agility and includes the VcSBC application, which can be downloaded by any citizen on his/her cell phone. With the VcSBC, users can send photos and report problems detected in the city, as well as follow the progress of each request.

In partnership with Instituto Tim, the São Bernardo do Campo City Hall has a new digital system ZUP - Participative Urban Caretaker, which contributes to the improvement of internal process management, giving more efficiency and agility and includes the VcSBC application, which can be downloaded by any citizen on his cell phone. With the VcSBC, users can send photos and report problems detected in the city, as well as follow the progress of each request.

The VcSBC application is a means of communication between the residents of São Bernardo do Campo and City Hall.
From a cell phone, tablet, or computer, citizens can contribute to the management of their city by making requests and following up on the progress of the services requested by them and others.

The São Bernardo do Campo City Hall also implemented the ZUP platform to improve its management.
The system helps public administrators to gather information, plan, execute, and supervise various services more effectively-such as cleaning out culverts, removing debris, and pruning trees. With ZUP, municipal administrators can better manage data and information and increase their capacity for planning, execution, and monitoring.
