The Challenge

In 2020, a portion of Take Blip customers did not have enough knowledge of the Blip platform to adopt it and evolve their chatbots in an agile manner.
At the same time, a digital, scalable platform for Take Blip Partner Onboarding (Blip Partner) did not exist.

An academy powered by a knowledge tree structured in pills, organized into narratives of varying degrees of complexity, enabling fully adaptive navigation by responding to:
  • punctual needs with education just in time,
  • training with practical implementation guides and
